lapofloveThe uggs are fake. It is not made of sheep skin and wool but polyester. The boots will not come in a box but white plastic bags. They look real if you're not familiar with animal skin. They do not have the smell and are very flimsy compared to real uggs. What is worse is I asked for a refund for at least one of the two boots I bought and I was refused. Horrible customer service. You're better off buying legitimate uggs. I can't say they will be waterproof either how uggs are supposed to be
