laurafayemac The uggs were shipped on Wednesday. Tomorrow will be the 7th day. There is no tracking information available. She said it probably was not scanned at drop off. It was packaged in a proper shipping mailer bag. Wrapped in usps bubble mailers and placed in a green with pink flamingos. The label was taped on the bag to make sure it stayed placed. I can issue a refund if you like.
