Retro style dress with open sleeves and elastic waist by Tyche. Gently worn condition. Size Small. Elastic sleeve hem. 33" from shoulder to hem. 17" across waist stretched laying flat. There was a small popped seam along the waist that I mended. It's not noticeable with the busy print and gathers. I think this would be a great transition into autumn dress with tights and boots.
