Two-Tone Halter Dress with Beaded Waist

Beautiful black and blue floor length prom dress. Rhinestone detail around the neck and under the bust(also sheer fabric in between embellishments). Back is mostly open. Crystal bands lend dramatic sparkle to the waist and neckline of this color blocked mesh dress. Great condition, worn once.
