What is the condition of this sweater? Are you the original owner? Is it long enough to wear with leggings?

@brimo87 hello. I am original owner. Ought in a boutique in Norfolk, VA. The sweater is not itching at all . I’m adding more photos . From shoulder to bottom is 26 inches. This will be steam cleaned before delivery. It also has some silver treads . It’s a beautiful sweater. Thank you
