Two toned / color blocked jeans

Color block denim capris, very faint stain at bottom left ankle and rip on back belt buckle (see photos). I’m size 4/6 and these were tight in the butt upon purchasing and after washing no longer fit me (96% cotton). I’d guess would best fit somewhat baggy on size 2, or snug on size 4.
