there is white near the neck area of the dress can you tell if that is permanent? would you be willing to have the 2 pieces dry cleaned?

@ladyofcaviar no, it’s not permanent. I just took a damp cloth across the neckline and it looks cleaner. For me to dry clean would be the same as the selling price.
