typicaljane @foursouls Hi there, so the center is matte silver, looks like a brushed steel.. it has like micro lines. It's really very nice and looks brand new. I bought it at a jewelry store liquidation auction. I've added a few more pics, one showing the Tungsten Carbide engraving and one on the size 11 circle.
