ladyjanesoutlet @meli1115 hi I’m sorry I’m just getting back with you with measurements. I’ve just been so busy and I had my 3 year old grandson for 2 days. I went ahead and just took pics with the measurements so you can see better. Also the top does have nice stretch to it. You will get about an additional 5” if needed.

ladyjanesoutlet @graycassandra56 hip start at 17” without stretching. If stretching is needed additional 3”. A little more but will start fitting tight
