Two Lips Fringe Leather Boots

Two Lips Fringe Leather Boots Vintage heeled leather boots with epic sexy fringe ties down the back. Leather upper, great condition but needs new heel caps as I removed them to be cobbled and never did it 🥲 super cheap to be done. Missing 2 tassels but you cannot tell at all unless you’re looking closely. These are marked a size 11, but I wear them as a (loose ish) size 10! I believe they can fit both sizes.
