Both measure 12 inches across. They will fit a 24 inch waist or a size “0”. The brown skirt says size small but fits like an XS. The black & white skirt is a size XS. The only flaw is that the brown skirt is missing the zipper pull. But it didn’t really effect the functionality of it for me. One could be easily added I think.
