These shorts are very dressy and brand new. The white pair are a linen blend and feature a side zipper. There is a self fabric belt that can be tied at the side or in front. The inseam measures 3.25 inches, and the outseam is 14 inches. These shorts are new without the tags in a size 0. The black pair features a front zipper and three front closure hooks. They are cuffed at the bottom. The inseam measurement is 3.75 inches and the outseam is 13.25 inches. These shorts are new with tags and a size 0. Both shorts are from Express.
