Two 12-18 month party dresses and shoes

These dresses are both practically new and made with beautiful brocade. Worn for a few hours each indoors only. Due to the pandemic we barely celebrated; used only for photo opportunities! The red velvet shoes are size 12-18 months. Both look darling with white or beige tights. Oh and the little underpants or diaper covers are such a cute touch. And the dresses have layers, like petticoats.
