Please note buttons are not functional-- they do not button and unbutton- they are there to make a separation so there is a "sleeve" somewhat.  This is not as big and overwhelming as some of this type of item (ponchos/capes/capelets). It is not huge and drapey like so many.  This fits closer to the body, is shorter and the arms are shorter. Clean and ready to wear.
