This blouse is vibrant and fun! It could be worn as a blouse with something under it ( as it is see thru) but I thought it would be a great swimsuit cover up too. Perfect for summer! Shoulder to hem 30” Armpit to armpit 22” Waist elastic unstretched 12” I thought I saw a small hole on the back of blouse maybe from the tag but I looked and didn’t see it so it’s possibly there but definitely not noticeable.
