Luxurious velvet short-sleeve jacket. Rich deep turquoise blue color. Elegant and stylish design. Celebrity favorite—Jessica and Ashlee Simpson, Rachel Bilson. Has been hiding in my closet all this time and has a few compressed areas on the velvet. They are small and <possibly> removable with a dry cleaning (I never had it dry cleaned).
