Elegant Twelfth Street By Cynthia Vincent 100% silk maxi dress with adjustable spaghetti straps. Light turquoise color. Ideal for casual or formal events. The elastic at the waste has been removed to allow for a looser fit (see third last pic for the small inner hole where elastic was pulled through), and there is light discoloration at the armpits (see last 2 pics).
