What are the waist and sleeve measurements?

@lauraliz1986 hi! From the armpit 17 inches / from the shoulder 23 inches. The waist is 14 across so 28 around when buttoned :-)

Could confirm the color please- description says green & tan, but Iâm not seeing any green. It looks like gray tweed, or mottled black & white. Thanks!
