Twee Ruffled Grey Belt

Very unique twee belt with ruffles that come down from the belt itself. Has little red & white stripe and dot accents. It reminds me of something Zoeey Deschanel would wear back in the day. Soo cute, I really do not want to let this go (hence the price being higher) but I am open to offers!
