Tuxedo/Cocktail dress size small

This dress is from “”Body Central” ( I miss that store🥲 it’s one piece. The top has high ruffle collar and buttons down. There are no other zippers or closures in this dress. It is made from very nice fabric not cheap and flimsy. The skirt has some stretch. This dress looks very good on and is figure flattering. I bought it at Opry Mills Mall ( pre flood ) in 2006 to wear to my husbands company banquet. Can be paired with black or sheer hose and pumps or flats. Only worn once. Hits about 4” above my knees and I’m 5’4” for reference
