Tutu dress

It’s a turquoise handmade tutu dress. It’s the most beautiful and rich tutu, but you have to open all the tulles one by one. This is an Ultra gown, that means it has double the number of tulles a standard tutu has. This one has approximately 800 strips of tulle. So it’s very full and poofy.
