Turquoise floral print boho long top/mini dress

I do believe this is intended as a long top and would be super cute over leggings but could be worn as a mini dress but may have to put a longer slip underneath as the lining does not go all the way to the bottom. Please see photos for details. There are no tags at all in this garment but guessing it to be a size small but please do check measurements sleeves are sheer.
