Turquoise black polka dot Halter Top ruffled vintage style dress

Turquoise halter top ruffled dress with black polka dots. Has a very vintage/50s flirty look to it. Does not stretch other than the elastic back. 1 strap has a Flower made w/ the same fabric & some mesh (non-detachable). Dress is above the knee, has turquoise lining, & hanger straps. Perfect summer dress. Last pic shows color in daylight. Medium but looks good for someone size small/xs as well (my size).
