Turquoise and Pearl pendant necklace

This vintage filigree pendant has a 12mm long Turquoise cabochon with no hole pearls on the front. Being reversible the back has a vintage blue medal of the Virgin Mary. The gemstone chain is of 3mm pearls and turquoise. The shortest length is 19” inches. Using the gold field extension chain and clasp the longest length is 21” inches
