Turquoise Halter Beach Dress with Belt

Awesome Halter Juicy Couture Turquoise Blue Dress with Belt. Def has some mileage on it w elastic around bust completely stretched & a couple of snags on back (pictured). But in my opinion snags r barely noticeable & bust stretch can be sewn in etc, or if you have a big bust- then prob no need for anything. I’d totally be still rocking this beach dress, but can’t fit into it any longer :( Size says P, so it’s short .. but I’d say easily regular XS/S ..
