Turquoise Columbia thermal comfort omniheat pullover jacket with Velcro neck

This is a bright turquoise Columbia activewear jacket from the company’s thermal comfort omniheat titanium line. It is a women’s size medium and measures 21.5 inches from armpit to armpit when laying flat. It has a Velcro collar that you can adjust to keep the rain out and your heat in. It also has a front center pocket for keys or valuables. The outside is 55% rubber for water resistance and poly/elastine blend. The bottom hem has a drawstring so you pull the opening snug or lose as desired. The side panels have a decorative bubble/circle pattern. There are no rips and it is from a smoke free home. This jacket is in good used condition with some wear. There are a couple of thin and small (one inch) black lines/marks on the back of the jacket (see photos).
