Turquise and Sterling Silver Ring

my favorite ring of all time turquise in a raised punched out scrolling pattern with a .25" profile makers stamp is difficult to identify. looks almost like an old key, or a cave drawing of a man could be native american made, but cannot match the artist size 8 LIQUIDATION SALE, MAKE AN OFFER, BUNDLE AND SAVE (goes to my used car fund)
