Great for those who don’t have or use cell phones at home. Perfect for modern homes. Also, great for your elderly parents who dont use cell phones. My mom used this in her assisted living facility. It gave her access to her hearing impaired large screen phone. Must be activated with Verizon and they can try to port your existing phone #, but will definitely give you a new phone number. My mom was able to access her cable on her TV with this device as well. I added this line to my Verizon cell phone account and it only cost me $10 a month for this service. During packing my mom’s belongings, the cable cord and wall mount (which we didnt use) have been misplaced and are not part of this package. Easy to replace with a standard phone cable cord.
