Turkoman Silver and Brass 2pc Cuff Set

I had a professional review these as I thought they were sterling. They couldn't find any marks to confirm, but I have seen these exact bracelets posted on eBay, and those sellers are saying sterling. Whatever they are, they tarnish. I had to shine these back to their glory. They are really cool.
