Tunic Teeshirt or extremely short dress? 6

Marimekko esque lon tunic tee/dress from Next in London. It is a really nice firm viscose stretch with gry and back botanical leaf pattern. It probably fits up to an 8, as I have never been a 6 Excellent condition. No wear. 29" long 17" wide
