Back neck down: 28 1/2 inches long
Pleated fabric.. that’s what the label say.. it’s stretches

Are you sure its 24 1/2 inches pit to pit Its just that her line usually runs a little large and that seems rather small for a 3x! If you dont mind would you check from the bottom of the arm pit from side to side? Thank you
