Tumiere Pullover Sweater Size Medium NWOT

New never worn knit pullover top I bought at a boutique which I don’t know how it should be worn. It has long knit straps that come out from the inside of this sweater and the back has a ruffle bottom and front is a little longer than back but I have no idea how it’s supposed to be tied! Maybe around front..?? Pretty shade of soft pink and a chunky type sweater.
