Tulle Underskirt (Bundle 3/$25)

Useful tulle underskirt in beige to layer under a longer skirt to add volume or with a shorter skirt so the tulle detail peeks out. Features an elastic waistband, 2 layers, and inner lining. Note: this is quite sheer so I wouldn’t recommend as a stand alone skirt. Slight fraying on the band.
