Although the tags were accidentally discarded, this dress is new and never worn. It is a size Large 100% cotton hand painted using proper textile permanent non toxic paint. MEASUREMENTS: Shoulder to Shoulder 17 inches Sleeves 11” Bust circumference 42” Waist circumference 40” Hip circumference 44” Hem circumference 46” Length 38” CARE INSTRUCTIONS: ⁃ Machine wash, cold delicate cycle, cold water, mild detergent, no bleach. Do not soak. ⁃ Tumble dry. ⁃ If desired, you may iron on the reverse (the back of the painted side) in a medium temperature. Do not iron directly on painted side.
