Tulip style pants wide leg Flowy stretch

New without tags, tulip style (overlapping) slits and an uneven hem. High-waisted snug around the waist and flowy from the west down. Fabric is soft and stretchy. Goes well with bodysuits or different tops. I bought in a boho boutique overseas on a trip but never worn them. I have other similar items available see my other listings. One size fits all.
