Tulip B Dress

Charming Tulip B dress with a delightful floral pattern. NWT. Perfect for any occasion. Dress features side pockets and a side zipper. I have included waist measurements and the length from the waist down. This dress has never been worn (just tried on a couple times) but there a place near the top of the zipper where the stitching is coming loose. I have included a picture for reference. The dress is lined and 100% cotton. the fabric has no stretch and is very light (but not see-through). *while this item has been stored in a closet, central air-conditioned and smoke-free home we do have a golden doodle in the house and I wear perfume and occasionally burn scented candles.
