Tularosa Red White and Blue Off the Shoulder Dress

Super cute off the shoulder Tularosa dress! The fabric is a silk cotton blended material. So can be dressed up or down. The dress could actually be worn up or off the shoulders. It has elastic at the waist so it’s very comfortable. I am 5’7 and usual dress size is 2-4. This is a size medium and is blousy fit on me. Love the pattern and colors. There are a couple of light spots on the dress that I have shown. I think it just need a dry clean. Nothing very visible.
