Tula Free to Grow Toddler Carrier - Wonder

This carrier is in wonderful preowned condition with no visible flaws or stains. This is the toddler version of the carrier so it is meant for larger children. Baby Tula recommends that Toddler carriers be used between 25 – 60 pounds and beginning when the child is a minimum 32 inches tall. The snap on hood is not included as I cannot find it.
