Reposhing this tiered blue and white striped dress I purchased from @ml397171. Loved it, and the length is the same as most mini dresses but I would prefer it to be a couple of inches longer. Length is 33.5 inches. It's nice and loose and swingy. The stripes and colors are beautiful. I love the material and tiered style.
