Trunks up elephant tribal style brooch

The actual pin part looks to be some sort of gourd maybe, about 1 3/4” across, 4 1/2” long. The baby looks like plastic, the elephants and the two silver beads look like metal but I’m thinking that they’re probably plastic. It’s very unusual and in good condition, do you have any questions? Please let me know.
