Truly Amazing Crushed Velvet Gown with Train

This dress is incredible! I bought it at a thrift store in Palm Springs. There is no designer tag on it, but the lady at the store said it was from a New York City designer from the 90s who hand dip dyed the velvet. It is full length, with long bell sleeves lined in fuschia silk. There is a slit, so your hand can peek out, but the sleeves are almost floor length. There is a lengthy train in the back, with a handle so you can carry the train or pin it to the hip. It is made out of silk velvet that starts black at the turtleneck, then orange at the shoulder to burgundy to acid green to cobalt blue at the hem. Bias cut with hook and eye closures at the neck. Dress is size 4-6. Make me an offer!
