Truly 4 You Colorful floral skirt elastic waist woman’s size XL. This is a beautiful skirt bursting with beautiful colors. The waistband is elastic so there is stretch. The skirt is long like a maxi style. Please see tags and measurements in photographs. I’m not sure of the material but it’s stiff like a cotton/ polyester blend feel. There are no wash instructions inside either so maybe hand wash and hang dry. Condition: Preowned Closet item: E16
