True vintage Candy Striper dress with shirt size small

Charming pale red and white striped Candy Striper dress from the late 60s -early 70s era. Made by Shane, labeled “Fashion Seal” Dress is a very soft poly-cotton blend with front patch pockets, buttons at the shoulder and side button with snaps. Side waist fastening has two buttons for size adjustment, approximately 1/2” apart. Two small areas of elastic at each side of waist have lost their stretchiness. Blouse feels to be poly cotton blend also. Size label info has been washed away, but fits like a small/medium. See below for accurate fit. Measurements taken laid flat and *not* doubled.
