True vintage 1930's 30's baby girls red brown embroidered puff sleeve dress

True vintage 1930's 30's toddler little baby girls embroidered dress! See measurements as I'm not sure on sizes. Short puff sleeves. Rayon crepe. Red orange paprika color with brown trim. Up the brown strip in the center of the dress is vine floral embroidery. Mock neckline with a little tie in the center ans snaps in the back. Does have some flaws that need a little tlc. Seam tear at the collar base, a seam break where they may have been waist ties, one side of the snap in back is missing and there's the faintest light marks I can barely see but think they are there (not noticeable). See photos. I was finding baby books dating 1931 in these boxes. Happy to answer any questions ♡♡ Measurements: Pit to pit - 11 inches across. Length from shoulder to hem - 18 1/2 inches. Sleeve opening - 3 1/4 inches across unstretched.
