Charming blue floral dress with a matching belt. Features a button-up front and short sleeves. Very vibrant color, original belt, cotton or cotton-like material, very light. A small pull at the bust (pictured) but otherwise excellent condition! Bust 42/43” (no give so this is max) Waist up to 36” (smaller with belt)
