This is a True Craft 100% Cotton Dress that is a size XS. It has a V-Neck that ties in the front. It has a fringed bottom hem. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-16.5" and the length is 33.5". It is lined and has pockets and an empire waist. It is new with tags and retails for $48 at Belk's. Really cute. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure pit to pit laying flat for the Armpit to armpit measurement.
