Reposhing this item I purchased from @nancymgandy99. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. The Carla Highneck Blouse is our favorite go-to femme shirt. We love the high neck ruffled collar and wide ruffle sleeves with quaint trim detail along the hem lines. Finished with a single back-neck button. Shown here in lilac/White Stripes.
