Super cute trouser shorts. Elastic on the sides and loops for belt (included). Can wear with sandals for casual or heels to dress them up! Size XL (Juniors 15) Fits true to size. Can fit L up to XXL. Has some stretch to the waist. Color is white with black "splatter paint" design. Never worn these out. Took the tag off and just decided to long for me (I'm 5'4) and it comes a little past mid thigh.
