Tropicale by Takahashi MUG 4 1/4" Tropical Jungle Design W/Magnolias & Parrots, with gilding on the rim and the handle. This a vintage mug in very good condition, and they were made in Japan and is hand painted. There are conflicting information online about this pattern, particularly about the date they were first made, some sellers stated it was in the 60s, but the AI history stated the 80s, at any rate they are vintage.
