Excellent condition, worn once Length is approximately 28”..falls to knee on 5’4” No tags, probably Cotton/rayon Should fit 8-10, a 12 if on the thin side Top is like a tube top, elastic, stretchy. Has thin straps to tie around neck. You could tuck in ties too for a strapless look Perfect for beach, lounge, casual beach lunch! Beautiful tropical pattern, base is dark red Could probably also pull down and wear as a skirt! Looks tiny but it stretches
